Denver Mixed-Use Plan
This project focuses on the redevelopment of over 640 acres of southwest Denver's post-industrial urban fringe. At the heart of the project area lies a recently implemented light rail station alongside the long-neglected banks of the South Platte River. The project design objectives include a transit-oriented walkable community centered around the Alameda Light Rail station with community retail and mixed-use residential, commercial, and civic development.
